  1. Excellent help, managed to get it done, not quite exactly word for word so to speak but enough to work it out.
    Thanks.

    1. Hi Mike,

Yes, if you are running Windows 10.0.10586 (Nov 2015 update) which includes the new Australian customisations, some of the wording and terms have changed. I need to update the guide! Glad you found it useful 🙂

      Kind Regards,
      Chris.

  2. I don’t have the NDIS options in the Broadband Manager and I don’t have the Cellular option on the Windows 10 computer – do you have any advice? Thanks.

    1. Hi Elizabeth,

I’ve just run through the instructions now, and have noticed that if you are using the most recent release of Windows 10.0.10586 (Nov 2015) some of the instructions have changed slightly. I think some of these may be due to the new Australian customisations in the latest release.

The term “Airplane mode” has been replaced with “Flight mode
The term “Cellular” has been replaced with “Mobile

However, following the guide – by downloading and installing the latest Mobile Broadband Manager from the Telstra Crowdsupport site (making sure to uninstall any existing version first), remembering to press and hold Shift while selecting the Options menu item, then you should see the Diagnostics tab which will provide the option to install NDIS support. Everything in the guide still works as documented.

      Good luck!

      Kind Regards,
      Chris.
